End of Season Potluck

All players are required to attend. Family and friends are encouraged to attend.
Everyone is expected to bring a dinner or dessert item to share.
Tuesday, June 2nd: 4:30pm: People arrive, tossing and double disc court on Stowe Green 5:30pm: Alumni vs. current players on Stowe Green 6:00pm: Dinner on Stowe Green 6:30pm: Awards, Speeches, Gifts ~7:30pm: Yearbook signing starts ~8:30pm: Everyone goes home
The annual Alumni vs. current players game will start at 5pm on Stowe Green.
All SJA Ultimate alumni are encouraged to attend and show the current players how Ultimate is really played.

Friday, 5/22: Practice on campus! :) Saturday, 5/23: VT State Champs, bus leaves at 5:30am
Monday, 5/25: No practice Tuesday, 5/26: Practice, 3:45 to 5:30 (UBC) Wednesday, 5/27: Practice, 3:45 to 4:30 (On Campus), then signing Thank You letters (SV21) Thursday, 5/28: No practice (Prom) Friday, 5/29: Practice, 3:45 to 5:30 (On campus)
Sunday, 5/31: New England Champs, Ft. Devens, MA. Depart at 5am. (Yah, really.) Monday, 6/1: No practice (Graduation) Tuesday, 6/2: All team potluck/awards ceremony: 4:30 to 8:30, Stowe Green (Dinner at 6pm, Awards start at 6:30)

Amherst Weekend

Our 40-team home tournament is on 5/16 and 5/17 and we need hosts for teams for Friday and Saturday night. If you can host a team please visit www.acultimate.com and follow the link to the online form to signup. All you need to provide for teams is floor space to sleep on.
I am looking for parents to help run tournament logistics. I need parents to help sell items, supply fields with water, answer questions, help set up dinner, as well as many more tasks. If you'd like to help out in any way during all or part of the weekend, please email me and let me know. (jseamon@gmail.com)
Our big trip to Amherst is this weekend. Everyone needs to bring their jerseys, shorts, sweatshirt, cleats, water bottle, and all other gear they need to play in. Plan on wet weather. Everyone must also bring a sleeping bag and pillow. We will need at least 15 of us to sleep outside in tents. If you want to bring a tent let me know. Make sure to bring $10 for food plus however much you want to spend on tournament gear.
The bus list will be passed out at practice.
We will be back on campus around 8pm on Sunday night.
My cell phone number is 802.748.9857 and Jonathan's is 802.274.4110. There is no cell coverage at The Farm in Leverett where we'll be spending Friday and Saturday nights. The landline number at The Farm is 413.367.2405. My parent's names are Nick and Barb.
The girls are playing all weekend at ARHS. The boys are playing at Hampshire College on Saturday and at ARHS on Sunday. Directions can be found on the tournament website.
We will not have practice on Monday, 5/4.
